Welcome to Santiago, a family a run business established 2021 in the spa town of Buxton. We are a restaurant, bar shop and delicatessen promoting authentic Spanish food and drink.

As a family we have holidayed in Spain for over 20 years, to a small town called San Pedro Del Pinitar, 40 minutes south from Alicante. Over the years we fell in love with Spanish Cuisine, culture and people.

Everything we ordered tasted amazing. I had the veggie options, and I was spoilt for choice. If I'm ever in Buxton again, I'll definitely be coming back!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sea bass with Romesco. A generous piece of excellent fish, perfectly cooked. Romesco a bit thick and sticky but good flavour, a shame it was buried under a forest of potatoes which would have been better served on the side. Overall very good and a nice selection of reasonably priced wines.
